Sleeping Bag Camping Backpack

During a camping trip, I was noticing how people have to tie their sleeping bags onto their backpacks. I started to think about how a backpack is made of fabric and a sleeping bag is basically a large sheet of fabric. Therefore, I started to wonder what if our sleeping bag could be our backpack.

Patterns that are made through out the process

Since I am not working from an existing pattern, my making process is to take a piece of paper to wrap around my body to discover what is the best measurement and to make my own patterns.

Final Thoughts

Some improvements are to:
-simplify the process of assembling to be more efficient.
-consider using color-coding to make it clearer which parts go to where.
-more thoughts and tests are needed to see what are the value of this new design.

Thank you:)
