Curtain made of living Spanish Moss
A curtain window shade made out of live Spanish Moss provides greenery to encourage mental well-being in the workspaces. Understanding users' busy work lives, the Living Curtain is low maintenance with a built-in watering system and easily replaceable features.

Research has shown that greenery significantly increases workplace satisfaction in employees, heightens concentration levels, and increases productivity by 15%.
Opportunity Statement
What if we can incorporate plants not just as decoration but as functional items? While plants provide shading in nature, what if we can use what plants do best as a curtain, providing shading with a sustainable solution that also promote well-being.

Discovering the Spanish Moss

Built-in Watering System
Ultrasonic mister is integrated into the top case and will run once a day to maintain the living curtain.
Detachable and Replaceable Individual Strain
If parts of the Spanish moss died, the living curtain is easily repairable with easily replaceable individual strains.
